Shawsheen Tech design and visual communication student Marcella Young has won the gold medal for her state Pin design for SkillsUSA. Her medal will be worn by all 2,500 competitors at the Skills State Conference held in Marlboro at the end of April. From there Young will travel to Louisville, Kentucky, at the end of June where everyone from Massachusetts will be wearing her pin as well as trading it.
