Billerica high school project on budget and on schedule at 60 percent

On budget and on schedule.That was the message from the Billerica Memorial High School Building Committee as they reached an important milestone  Feb. 13.As part of building with the Massachusetts School Building Authority process, Billerica must complete a number of modules along the way.
