The following students, of Billerica, graduated from Western Governors University during commencement ceremonies held July 16: Amy Boucher, Bachelor of Science in nursing; and Chris Gray, Bachelor of Science in information technology, security emphasis.Samantha Simon, of Billerica, was named to the dean’s list at Northern Essex Community College for the summer term for achieving a GPA of 3.3 or higher while enrolled in six or more credits.
