Shelby Rivers, of Billerica, graduated from Montserrat College of Art during commencement ceremonies held May 13 at The Cabot Theatre in Beverly. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, dean’s honors, with a concentration in graphic design.Rivers is a 2012 graduate of Shawsheen Valley Technical High School. She will start full-time at Commonwealth Financial Network as a graphic designer in the marketing department.
